What we collect

Account details (name, email), and the league data you enter (organisations, leagues, seasons, teams, players, fixtures, match photos). Player records typically contain names only — please obtain consent before publishing personal data of others, especially minors.

Payments

Online payments are processed by CHIP-in Asia. Your card or banking details are entered on CHIP's secure payment page and never touch our servers. We store only the payment reference, plan, amount, and status.

Public pages

League pages you create are public by default and may be indexed by search engines. You can hide all your organisations with the privacy toggle in your profile settings.

Cookies & analytics

We use session cookies for login and Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand usage. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email support@fixtura.my. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
