Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Fixtura Club and Pro plans are monthly digital subscriptions. Each successful payment activates or extends your plan for 30 days. Plans do not auto-renew — you are only charged when you choose to subscribe or renew.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not made material use of the paid features (additional leagues, teams, or storage beyond the Free tier). Refunds after 7 days, or after material use of paid features, are not provided, except where required by law.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will refund the difference in full.
How to request
Email support@fixtura.my from your registered email with your payment date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Cancellation
You may stop renewing at any time. Your plan stays active until its current expiry date, then reverts to the Free tier. Your data is retained subject to Free-tier limits.
